If you read our recent post about ditching Google Forms, you know that VoteSphere now handles the entire nomination phase natively.

The Conversion Engine

When your native VoteSphere nomination window closes, your dashboard populates with a clean, organized list of all submitted nominees, categorized exactly how your audience entered them.

Here is where the magic happens:

1. Review and Vet: Simply click on a nominee’s profile to review their submission. You can see their provided bio, their high-resolution image, and the category they were nominated for. If they were nominated more than once, you can merge the nominations.
2. Edit on the Fly: Did a nominator make a typo in the candidate's name? Fix it right there in the modal. No need to open Excel.
3. The One-Click Conversion: Once your nomination event has closed and you are setting up the actual voting event, just hit the "Import Nominees" button to automatically pull the approved entries over.

That’s it.

The moment you click that button, VoteSphere automatically imports the nominee’s data, bio, and image directly into your live voting event. They are instantly formatted, optimized, and ready to receive votes the moment you open the polls.
