Voters simply enter their email address and receive a secure, time-sensitive magic link (or OTP) to authenticate their vote. The VoteSphere engine automatically logs the cryptographic hash of the email to ensure that once a vote is cast, that specific email address is locked out of voting again in that category. It’s frictionless for the user and keeps your election completely secure.

2. Domain-Restricted Voting

Best for: Campus Elections, Corporate Voting

If you are running an election for a specific organization, you only want members of that organization to vote.

With Domain-Restricted Voting, organizers can lock the election to specific email domains. For example, a student union at Imo State University can configure their election to only accept votes from @imsu.edu email addresses. If a user tries to vote with a @gmail.com or @yahoo.com account, the system rejects it at the edge.

This guarantees that exactly zero outsiders can influence your internal elections.

3. CSV Allow-lists
